Silvino da Silva
Director of Development and Partnerships
Silvino (he/him) grew up surrounded by music, theater and art. Before immigrating from Portugal at the age of four, his family owned a local bakery, but it was his father’s real passions – playing the trumpet, singing in the church choir, and performing in local theater – that filled his childhood home with joy and fueled his imagination. With a deep passion for equity, access and relationship-building, Silvino has championed processes that build bridges between organizations, funders and artists. Most recently, he helped guide the Ruth Page Center for the Arts as Executive Director, providing transformational leadership during a pivotal time for the organization. In addition to his work in the nonprofit sector, he worked extensively in marketing and communications for both corporate and arts clients.

Sidney Mori Garrett
Director of Programs
Sidney Mori Garrett (she/her) is a Houston-born, Chicago-based curator, arts administrator, and artist. Her practice is rooted through a Black Feminist’s lens of love, mindfulness, and care. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Digital Media from University of Houston and a Master of Art in Arts Administration and Policy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Sidney has held previous positions at Lawndale Art Center, Contemporary Arts Museum Houston, and Project Row Houses among others. In addition to her role at 3Arts, she works as the Communications Manager for Hyde Park Jazz Festival and is a core member of Companion Cooperative.

Taylor Roberts
Social Media Coordinator
Taylor (they/she) has worked in arts administration and museum education for over 10 years. They are a passionate advocate for diversifying participation in the arts, specifically for marginalized artists and arts administrators, and in museum intellectual leadership positions. Outside the office, you can find Taylor marveling at Chicago’s architecture, cemeteries, and cultural institutions.

Cat (she/her) is a musician and life-long arts advocate dedicated to connecting equity and the arts. Her love for 3Arts began in 2007 when her band was booked to play the newly minted 3Arts launch event. She most recently served an 8-year term as Chair of the 3Arts Board of Directors and has led arts education, programming, and administration work for over 20 years.
